ALTSA has been working with the Northern Mallee LLEN showcasing science to our local students. From STEM showcase events, tours and information about the science we conduct at our laboratories here in Merbein as well as our personal experiences in this field. We are involved in NMLLEN's agricultural NMHI program teaching students the benefits of, and how we integrate our science with different types of agriculture.

NMLLEN's NMHI project aims to boost enrollments in horticulture and other industry related qualifications for years 10 to 12. They have made a great video documenting the NMHI program and the local businesses working with them to help students advance in knowledge and the latest technologies in horticulture.
